Sorry that your also so sad. Currently there are no plunge bras in your size. last year Panache came out with the Superbar. It plunges but not as well as i would like. Unforgenatly Panache has not made more of this style bra. You will have to seach o…
I just bought a plunge from www.barenecessities.com (they're based out of the US). They have some $50-60. I also live in the US, and I've found even with the shipping from the UK, bravissimo and brastop are cheaper or around the same price as any st…
I guess I meant all that tacking ; like many others if I'm making most other things I pin and sew immediately . However with bras it isn't on which tends to mean repeatedly tacking the same bit until you get it right . I also find some seams which a…
I agree with you in that part about that it is possible, but, which parts of the sewing do you have to do by hand? I haven't found anything like that yet.
Yes , of course . All garments including corsets were made entirely by hand until sewing machines became cheap in the 2nd half of the 19th Cent - at which time schools for the poor were still teaching "plain sewing " ie seams . You have to do lots o…
To all you experienced bra-makers: Is it possible to make a bra by sewing by hand? (By this, I mean having a sewing needle, the bra you're making, and thread. No machine.) I'm asking because I have no functional sewing machine in my house and I've a…
Thanks for the info...I'll seriously try to find some things to alter before I try to make one from scratch(I'm also hoping to possibly profit(if only by family and friends) once I get good enough at them. I'll remember to look at the site and start…
I pretty much only know the basics...I've done it by hand and I've taken apart something and started to remake it(I got tried after a while) to fit better. What type of sewing machine would you recommend, I figured I'd have to get one and would love…
I'd echo what Jimipe says . It does depend first on how much sewing experience you have - bras are tricky to make , hard to fit perfectly and and seem horribly small when you are machining them so don't begin unless you've done lots of garments befo…
How much sewing experience do you have?
What you need:
- A good sewing machine (that can do delicate fabrics) with straight stitches and zigzag. A three-step zigzag is good to have but not something you can not live without.
- A pattern. Either buy…
I did see one or two bras in your size at the Just My Size website. Use the Bra Finder feature and take a look. They looked pretty basic but maybe they might work for you. Good luck.

Also try Bare Necessities. I think these two bras might work for you and if you follow the link they are offering free shipping. And remember different companies size differently (Freya -UK, I'm a 34G, Prima Donna -Belgium, 34H, Lejaby -French 36G)
I'm sorry you hven't had luck finding a 36DDD in the United States. I've been to a Macy's and a Kohl's that had some 36DDD bras made by Bali. Maybe you could try one of those stores. I've also looked on the Nordstrom website and they sell bras up to a JJ cup! Try looking for one of these three stores in your area!
Adryana, welcome! You're right to be looking for your "true" bra size - 36DDD sounds very suspect! Drop me a private message and i'll see if we can help you out!
