I believe there are a couple of other stores that charge more for larger cup sizes, but most have completely separate DD+ ranges so they can't be compared side-by-side.

I usually tend to wear my bras a few times before washing them, but mainly because I always wash them by hand and I never get around to it! I try to rotate them though, so I'm not wearing the same one solidly for a week or anything like that.

You might want to try out surveymonkey.com or Google Docs Forms to process those replies - both are free, you'll be able to collate responses more easily, and i bet you'll get more responses as well!
